E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption

• E-Gift Cards are redeemable only for merchandise on Ochre Touch. They cannot be used to purchase additional E-Gift Cards.
• To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter its unique code at checkout. 
• E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund.

2. Expiration

• E-Gift Cards have no expiration date and no service fees.

3. Balance

• The balance of an E-Gift Card can be checked by entering the card’s code in the gift card field during checkout. The remaining balance, after purchase, will remain on the card for future use.

4. Reload

• E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

6. Limitations

• You may not use an E-Gift Card to purchase other E-Gift Cards.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other gift cards or vouchers.
• E-Gift Cards cannot be used as a credit or debit card.

7. Fraud

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review E-Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of E-Gift Card policies.

8. Cancellation

• E-Gift Cards purchased through Ochre Touch cannot be cancelled once they are activated.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Ochre Touch reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
